Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush was in Seattle Thursday (Sept 27) to receive the 2007 Columbia Award from the Washington Policy Center. Bush also gave the keynote speech before the Seattle-based think tank's annual dinner, which was attended by more than 1,000 people.
