- Your company?s sales exceed $10 million and/or staff numbers more than 250.
- Your company provides a service or sells a product that has potential to cause great physical, emotional or financial harm.

- Your company deals with a high volume of contracts with vendors and clients.
- Your company is in a regulated industry (or one that will be in the future).
- Your business is heavily involved in the purchase, sale and/or development of valuable intellectual property.
- Your company is contemplating going public. Your company is facing a serious legal or public relations problem that is likely to linger.
